Our mission with Zorg is to ensure that the freedom of this technology will be preserved within the open source environment where we hope it will find the interest and adoption by open source and free voip clients.

In order to preserve the freedom of the opensource code of Zorg, we decided to release it under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) version 3.

With AGPL anyone is welcome to use Zorg in it's own free voip clients given the maintenance of the freedom of the code developed and integrated. 

Additionally with AGPL if someone would like to offer secure telecommunication services (like a Software as a Service) by using Zorg, the provider must give the users the source code of all the secure software using the library in order to respect the open source license.
